Ever since I was a young girl, I dreamed of being part of the birth world, whether as a supportive friend listening to fears and hopes or a helping hand in the delivery room. I understand the emotional whirlwind that can come with pregnancy. At 19, I experienced an unplanned pregnancy and chose a hospital birth out of fear and uncertainty, despite always wanting a homebirth with a midwife. That experience showed me how overwhelming the journey can be and sparked my passion to support others through it. With my second son, I was blessed to have a planned home birth, which was an empowering experience where I felt in control and informed. My third birth was in a hospital, but this time I felt confident and supported, equipped with the knowledge and tools I had gained. These experiences confirmed my calling. I am here to educate, support, and advocate so you can feel empowered and confident in your birth story, whatever path it may take.
